Our Certified Six Sigma black belt team provides the methodology required for the implementation of product development, process improvement and variation reduction through the application of Six Sigma improvement projects. In addition we can also provide market specific requirements such as full PPAP (Production Part Approval Process) documentation.
Testing & Analysis
Our testing and analysis service is available to help businesses validate their products and processes. using UKAS accredited testing laboratory we can carry out extensive testing and analysis from routine conformity testing for quality control to bespoke testing packages. We are able to undertake an analysis of the physical and chemical properties along with microstructural analysis.
