To provide technical support to the Metallising Department under supervision of the Technical Manager, to run process improvement, problem solving and new process/product introduction projects.

To plan and implement product/process improvement projects.To plan and implement new product/process introduction projects. Assist in identifying critical processing problems and provide effective solutions. Keep control of incoming product/material acceptance so the at they meet specification and that appropriate supplier and material specifications are in place and adhered to. To investigate process related scrap/trouble shooting and initiate corrective action programmes. Also to provide technical support to customers and establish reasons for customer returns through product investigation and analysis of data, then implement corrective action programmes to prevent re-occurances.
