As part of our recruitment strategy, Morgan Technical Ceramics (MTC) is looking to bring in strong graduates to learn our business, support our growth and develop as future leaders within the organization. We are pleased to offer this opportunity for participation in our Graduate Recruitment and Development program to well qualified Materials Science, Chemistry and Chemical Engineering graduates.

We are looking for motivated, career-oriented individuals who want to become an integral part of our organization and help shape our future.

For 2010 graduates, we are looking to place a graduate in the technical department of our Stourport-on-Severn site. Please note that some national and international travel may be required for training purposes.
